What does my Base Warranty cover?

All V SAFE products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal usage conditions. The warranty period varies by product. Please refer to the respective product page on our website for the exact warranty duration. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace defective parts at no additional cost, subject to the terms below.

What is covered?

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Malfunctioning components under normal usage
  • Failure of core hardware components

What is not covered?

  • Physical damage, misuse, or improper installation
  • Damage due to external factors (water, fire, power surges, etc.)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by negligence or improper handling

How does the process work?

  1. Raise a warranty request through our support team
  2. Our team will assess the issue and guide you on the next steps
  3. Product may be repaired or replaced based on the evaluation

When does my Base Warranty start?

The warranty period for your product starts on the original date of purchase as shown on your sales receipt or invoice.

How do I register my device under my name?

You can register your V SAFE device by creating a V-Safe account and linking your device using its unique identification number (UIN). Please note: The warranty will be activated automatically under the name of the first user who registers the device.

If my Base Warranty start date is incorrect, how can I fix it?

You can contact our customer happiness centre via email, phone or chat bot.

Can I extend my Base Warranty?

Yes, you can extend your base warranty by purchasing a Warranty Upgrade. Please be aware that V-Safe plans may change at its sole discretion without notice.

When can I purchase a Warranty Upgrade?

Warranty upgrades can be purchased at any time while your base warranty is still active. To upgrade your warranty, please contact our support team, and they will assist you with the process.

What types of Warranty Upgrades are available?

When does my Warranty Upgrade start?

The Warranty Upgrade will begin after the expiry of your base warranty period.

Do I have to register my Warranty Upgrade?

No, you do not need to register your Warranty Upgrade. Once you purchase the Warranty Upgrade, your warranty period will be automatically extended in our system. The updated warranty status will be reflected in your mobile app within 24 to 48 hours.
