All V SAFE products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal usage conditions. The warranty period varies by product. Please refer to the respective product page on our website for the exact warranty duration. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace defective parts at no additional cost, subject to the terms below.
The warranty period for your product starts on the original date of purchase as shown on your sales receipt or invoice.
You can register your V SAFE device by creating a V-Safe account and linking your device using its unique identification number (UIN). Please note: The warranty will be activated automatically under the name of the first user who registers the device.

No, you do not need to register your Warranty Upgrade. Once you purchase the Warranty Upgrade, your warranty period will be automatically extended in our system. The updated warranty status will be reflected in your mobile app within 24 to 48 hours.
