Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order any time before shipment by contacting us through email, customer care chat, or phone. We will process a full refund of the paid amount to your original payment method.

Returns

We offer a "No Questions Asked" return policy.

If you wish to return your V SAFE product, you can raise a return request within 10 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be returned in unused condition, along with all original accessories and packaging.

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will initiate your refund.

Shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refund Timelines

• Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
• For EMI or bank-specific payment methods, refund timelines are subject to the processing policies of the respective bank or card provider. Some banks may take additional business days to update the EMI schedule or reflect the refund in your account.
